A type personality traits and characteristics can be both helpful to get things done. At the same time, there are some heavy drawbacks.
Those with a type personality traits can ruin their health due to the amount of stress that comes along with the characteristics associated with these personality traits and characteristics.
A type personalities tend to work harder and longer than their type b counterparts and are far more competitive than b personalities are.
Detriment To Health
Those with a type a personality will push themselves to the limits. This leads those with these personality traits and characteristics to put so much stress on their bodies that by the time they reach 65 years of age they will have aged far more physically than a type personalities will have.
It is for this reason that those with an a type personality are at far greater risk of heart disease, cardiovascular disease and other health problems than b types.
Type a personalities are overly stressed. They don't generally work well with others, they try to get things done themselves and are overly aggressive and can become overloaded.
People with these personality traits and characteristics tend to hold things in and lack the ability to express themselves in healthy ways.
Usually those with these personality traits and characteristics tend to eat quickly so that they can get more accomplished. A types have a strong need to push forward and excel in whatever it is they are doing.
Those with b type personality traits and characteristics tend to take things at a more slow pace. An a type personality can become easily irritated and may find it difficult to control outbursts of anger/irritation.
They take work home with them and never seem to stop working due to their competitive nature.
Those with a type personality traits and characteristics do tend to get more accomplished than their type b personality counterparts but are unable to enjoy the fact that they have gotten something accomplished like b types would.
These accomplishments however come at a cost, due to the major health risks from living a life full of stress.
